TEDxOrangeCoast Annual Conference September 19-20, 2014

“TIPPING POINT”

event-2014-tedxoc-annual

A tweet. A bankruptcy. A virus.

They have inspired revolutions, caused recessions, altered landscapes. Instances that are so powerful they can reshape our society. Yet we have no recipe for their creation. We can only define them in hindsight.

Open your mind to this paradox of impact and chance. From social norms to economic theories to technological progress, anything can be transformed by an instant. Join us to explore the possibilities and opportunities inherent in leveraging the power of a moment. As the world becomes more connected, as the flow of ideas and information becomes a tidal wave, our individual choices have increasing potential and urgency. But how do we prioritize our actions? How do we surface our passion?

Bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Learn how to embrace uncertainty, harness chaos, and recognize change.
