When one looks at David’s career, three themes became apparent. He is always on the leading edge of introducing new products, some truly innovative and new to the world. In fact, innovation and making that innovation relevant to customers is his passion and he contributes regularly to the entrepreneurial and start-up communities in southern California. Second, he is able to set a vision for a business and is able to execute on that vision and grow profitable revenue. Third, he is able to build human capital by mentoring managers to become the next generation of leaders. As a CEO of his own consulting practice, Performance Marketing Group, he has been the highly valued alter-ego and business advisor to CEOs and the C-suite.
